INTARI is a private-owned company and since 1994 provides services for Russian Oil & Gas industry.

INTARI gained a significant expertise in implementation and adaptation to Russian industry world’s Oil & Gas technologies in the field of IT for gas pipeline systems.

Strategic goal is to broaden a PODS - based IT solutions implementation area to the whole system of Euro-Asian major gas pipelines.

To achieve that goal, INTARI promotes the advantages and capabilities of a PODS - based IT solutions, is actively involved in creating a various regulatory documents for gas transportation companies, designs a proprietary software, provides in field data collection and PODS as-built database systems for the major gas pipelines which are under construction now.

This Web site is created mostly for informational and educational purposes. The aim is to give to the Russian - speaking professional community in gas transportation, a deep understanding of PODS structure, of how data is organized there, ways object environment is defined and also to present a new opportunities the implementation of PODS could bring.

Since October 2007 ^th PODS, been adopted by INTARI to Russian industry terminology, became an official part of GAZPROM’s system of corporate standards.
